Monitor may have been inflated without
the cuff around the wrist. Or, the cuff may
not be positioned correctly on the wrist
(see Applying
The Cuff).
You may have moved while the cuff was inflating,
and it is now attempting to reinflate. Check
the cuff to make sure it's positioned correctly
(see Before
Taking A Measurement).
You may have moved or spoken during the
measurement process. Remember that it is
important to not move or speak while taking
a measurement.
You may have been startled by a noise or
vibration while measuring. Make sure you
are in a quiet and comfortable place when
taking a measurement.
You have been ignoring the flashing replace

Change them quickly so you may continue to measure your blood pressure
without any interruptions.
The batteries have run low. Change them

You may have moved during inflation. Or, if
you have a very weak pulse, the monitor may continue
to reinflate until it senses your pulse. Relax
for a few minutes then take a measurement.
